The flat is very close to the City Centre, quick access to St Benedict's Street, Unthank Rd Upper St Giles, Pottergate, and the market . The bus stops are very close to the property on the Earlham Road and Dereham Rd providing great access for the University, Hospital and The Research Park etc...
The flat would be shared with me, and is bright, airy and well kept. The view from the balcony is amazing in the summer! I also have a store unit inside the building for a bike etc...
The flat has a relaxed and positive atmosphere. I am a male working professional.
Partners can to stay. This can be discussed as and when. My partner will stay some nights and equally I will stay at hers, so there will be nights to yourself.
Minimum stay 6 months maximum is open...
Included in the rent are all Utility Bills, Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax band A, Virgin Broadband/TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney Plus.
I can arrange a cleaner every two weeks, this would be split equally and can be discussed as would be an additional cost.
