I am looking to share with a girl, age doesn't matter, it's all about lifestyle and habits. If you like the home to be a quiet place where you rest after work and recharge, then we are on a good start.
This means you socialise outside of the home and if you have a partner, you spend the night at their house.
In terms of habits, I am an early bird so tend to be up around 7 all days, and go to bed around 9/10pm.
There are 2 bathrooms so the shower downstairs is yours alone.
The rent includes all bills, I will clean communal areas so you won't be expected to do that, just clean after yourself. We also have water filters in the house so drinking water and showers are pretty nice :)
There is an off street parking permit which I will get for you.
15 mins walk to train station, aldi and morrisons also in walking distance .
