One double bedroom close to UEA

Hi all,

I am looking for a friendly postgrad student for the 3rd bedroom in our houseshare.

Both current housemates are studying PhDs at UEA.

The available room is a medium sized double room (2.87m x 2.57m / 9'5" x 8'5") that overlooks the back garden. It is furnished with a double bed with under bed storage, a desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are a very friendly, quiet, clean and respectful household and are looking for a similar person.

The house is spacious with a large lounge, big kitchen with dining table, a garden and a conservatory.

There is a shower/bathroom and a separate toilet, both upstairs.

The house has all standard amenities: central heating, washing machine, large fridge, separate freezer, cooker, stove, plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, and Wifi. The lounge has a TV with Netflix and Prime.

The deposit is one month's rent, and you will not need to pay your last month's rent when you are leaving. Bills are included.

There are two storage areas, including an outside room for bicycles that is accessible from street.

It is a 15 min walk to the UEA campus. It is a 3 minute walk to the local bus stop that goes into Norwich city centre every 20 minutes.

Parking is free on the street.

I am a live-in landlord, but I want housemates feel relaxed and at home. I am happy for tenants to put up some of their own decorations in the lounge and other shared areas if they so wish (within reason of course). I have had the house for one year, and there is still some work to do on it, as apparent in the pictures.

I am into hiking, climbing and cycling, as well as music, playing the guitar and have a strong interest in nature and wildlife.
