Double bedroom available in spacious quiet house

Hello,

I have a small double room available in my houseshare from September 2025.

The house has three bedrooms and the other two housemates are PhD students at UEA.

The houseshare is friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and we are looking for a similar person.

The available room is a small double room (2.87m x 2.57m / 9'5" x 8'5"). It is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house itself is spacious with a large lounge, big kitchen with dining table, a garden and a conservatory.

There is a shower/bathroom and a separate toilet, both upstairs.

The house has all standard amenities: central heating, washing machine, large fridge, separate freezer, cooker, stove, plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Wifi is included and there is a smart TV in the lounge. There is an outside room for bicycle storage protected by a locked gate.

Bills are included. The deposit is one month's rent.

It is a 15 min walk to the UEA campus. It is a 3 minute walk to the local bus stop that goes into Norwich city centre every 20 minutes.

Parking is free on the street.
