We welcome you to view our spacious, downstairs room with bay windows. This room is available within our comfortable property in the heart of NR3. Available from the 1st April, this luxury, 5-bedroomed terrace house has recently been renovated and furnished to a high standard a couple of years ago. The property is situated just outside the city centre- less than a 10 minute walk away.

Your safety is paramount within our properties, and have included fire doors and fire detectors in every room. We also have keypad locks to every room so you can keep your rooms locked for your own privacy. Rest assured that all necessary safety requirements have been met and certification is available to view within the property.

We are experienced landlords and manage all of our properties ourselves. We pride ourselves in offering a 24/7 line to our tenants in case of an emergency. We will also create a group whatsap where you will be able to message us easily should you need to.

There is roadside parking available and there is no need for a permit.
