The house is located in NR5 area close to Tesco 5 Way/UEA with good transport connections to NNUH, QIB, JIC, TSL etc (rest of research institutes) and to the Norwich city centre.
The Bus stop is by the house taking you straight to the city centre or to NNUH/research institutes.

This is a small and cosy 3 bed house, very well looked after.
Placed in a quiet residential neighbourhood
Bedrooms overlooking the back garden - bright and airy with plenty of greenery and wildlife (the only things that should disturb you is the singing birds).
Centrally heated, double glazed windows, fully furnished with all amenities supplied.
Fully furnished bedrooms.
There is a fully integrated fire/smoke detector system with up to date maintenance certificates.
BILLS:
all included, regular cleaning of communal areas, house and garden maintenance.
Plus extra items provided in the shared area to be discussed in person!
COUNCIL TAX:
Full time UK students are exempt.
International registered students/Graduates/alumni/professionals are liable to pay council tax.
Advertised rent per month is for UK registered students.
IDEAL:
The room/household is suitable for someone who has work/is studying, who requires peace and quiet for (intense) work flow and focus on studying or resting.
We are looking for someone who would fit in the place - not a noisy/party (student) house at all. Very rarely /no visitors and on occasions we do, we have a WhatsApp group for all of us to communicate.
For group study and socialising, UEA has plenty of spaces with vibrant atmosphere.
The other professional renting a room would be happy to have a chat with you so that you can gain their feedback on their experience of renting out in this household.
