Double bedroom with built in wardrobes in friendly relaxed flat share in great location to the city centre - only 15 minutes walk. Spacious, bright and fully furnished. Parking space available. Ideally a professional female (no working from home)

The room is currently occupied so will look slightly different when viewed. There is also a TV in the room since the photos have been taken.

I am a live in landlord with my small cute well behaved dog. I enjoy cooking, reading and going to the gym. I do live a busy life style and am often not around.

Shared kitchen and living/dining room. Shower and toilet are separated. Lovely balcony which catches the sun in the summer.

All bills included. Minimum of 3 months. Can be flexible on move in date.
