Large Double Room - Professional Let

Spacious, fully furnished large double room available in my home for a full-time professional lodger.

The house has been recently renovated with brand new carpets, furnishings, mattress, and kitchen appliances, so it’s a comfortable, clean, and well-kept space. I also have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks to do a deeper clean.

I live in the property and work long shifts as a Midwife, and I’m often out of the house due to work. I’m friendly and easy going, and happy to be sociable from time to time, but I also really value having my own space and downtime, so this would suit someone who is independent and has their own routine.

The bedroom is over the passage so has a lot of space and a king sized bed, there is plenty of space for a desk or small sofa if required.

The house is near the local hospital so ideal for staff members, but also very close to the city centre. There are plenty of direct bus routes and beryl stops around for easy transport.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I’m relaxed about use of communal spaces, especially when I’m not home, but this would not suit someone who works from home or wants to spend most of their time in shared areas. This setup works best for someone who is out during the day, possibly away some nights, and mainly wants a quiet, comfortable home base.

There is no permanent pet, though I occasionally look after my family dog, who is very friendly and no trouble at all.
