Large double room for short term let

I am a social worker and work at county hall and generally in the house 6-9am and 6-9pm, I'm up early and go to bed early. I have two cats, they are very friendly and like people so may want cuddles! I will occasionally have friends round on weekends.

2 bedroom semi detached house with large consveratory with access to garden, full use of kitchen and living areas. Within walking distance of the city centre and theatres. Walking distance to aldi and Tesco and the lovely ketts heights offering a peaceful view of norwich. This will be shared lounge, consveratory, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Looking for short term tenants 1-2 months but if we get on happy to consider extending for a month or two. Looking for a professional who is friendly and has a similar schedule preferably. The house can get warm during heatwaves but fan is provided in the room.
