Description

Double Room Available in NR1, Norwich – Bills Included

Hi, I’m Rhys, I’m 28 and work full-time, occasionally working from home. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to rent my spare double bedroom in my two-bedroom flat in NR1, Norwich.

The room is bright and comfortable, with a double bed and its own TV. You’ll also have access to the rest of the flat, including the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. I have Sky TV and Netflix, so there’s plenty to watch when relaxing at home!

There is parking available in a shared, permit-only off-road car park. I can register one vehicle on the permit for an additional £20 fee if required.

I’m still slowly renovating the flat, although most of the work is now complete, so there may be a few finishing touches along the way.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easygoing, and who would enjoy sharing a home while still having their own space.

If you’re interested or would like to know more, feel free to drop me a message. I’d be happy to arrange a viewing and have a chat!
