I'm looking for another flatmate to share my 2 bedroom flat just off The Avenues near Colman Road. I'm looking for a student due to council tax as I am also a student.
The flat is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with one shared bathroom, a small lounge and a kitchen.
About me: I am a med student at UEA, I'm clean tidy and respectful. I like to socialise and the occasional pub trip, but also like to have some time to myself. I usually watch tv in the evenings and enjoy cooking and am looking for a likeminded flatmate. I don't smoke.
About you: also a student, happy to live in a chilled quiet flat, are clean and also respectful.
The area is really nice with many families and older couples so we don't have parties out of respect to our neighbours.
There is on street parking.
