Large double room, lovely view, available from now

Large double upstairs room available from now onwards 🙂 It's a very chilled place to live :)

We have a lovely nice long garden 🌳🌸🌻🌷🌼🌱🌿 with a greenhouse and bike shelter, which really comes into its own during the spring and summer months.

You're welcome to move in whenever you like until 1st October at the latest. All bills are included in the rent. Tenancy is flexible and can be for as long as you need.

The room overlooks a beautiful long garden with parkland behind, and is west facing with a large window giving you afternoon sunshine and lovely sunset view (see photo). 🌄 There is a large storage cupboard, large wardrobe, shelves and a very large desk (perfect for work or studying) and chair in the room 🙂 Potentially I can provide a TV and firestick for your room as well so you can watch in private :)

All bills are included, including Council Tax (Band C). Living with two males and one female (and another female who is present a lot of the time but doesn't actually live here!), we're a mixture of two students and a professional, but it does have the atmosphere of a clean, tidy, relatively quiet but friendly student house

It's a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms (1 with shower) and a large, comfortable and well equipped kitchen / living area complete with dining table and sofas. We have WiFi broadband and TV package with many channels, on demand and catch up - and we've now got a Netflix account as well 🙂

In Golden Triangle NR2 area, within easy access of local supermarkets and city centre, several bus routes at end of road (roughly one to city centre every 5 mins, also possible to catch ones direct to hospital and university), nice local pubs, cafes, take aways and restaurants on our doorstep including the famous Lupa restaurant that charges £100 for a Hawaiian pizza 😂 (we're halfway down Nelson Street so as well as this, you've got the Fat Cat and Nelson pubs, a lovely cafe called Revive based at Alive Church, and Take Thai at the end of the road does amazing Thai food. There's a good corner shop too, and we're not far from Tesco or Aldi).

We have a couple of cats who occasionally visit us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈 :3 sadly no more pets allowed lol

We like to think we provide a friendly welcoming environment for anyone to come and live here regardless of age, gender, nationality, and we're LGBT friendly. We're all friendly and laid back and I'm sure we'd all become friends straightaway, and hang out together :) I love cooking, so im always up for making food for everyone! 🙂
