Norwich research park and John Innes center around 30 minute walk.
Bus stops 5 minutes away on Dereham Road (no's: 16, 19, 20 and others) for city center.

-Each room is furnished with: wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, bed and lock.

-The kitchen and utility has table/chairs, fridge freezer, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, oven, washing machine and dryer.

-Living room has sofa, coffee tables and TV stand.

Overseas students are welcome.
