We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract. We do require a guarantor.

All bedrooms are available in this property for the upcoming academic year with contracts starting on 12th September. Bedroom 4 in the video is available earlier from 28th July.

Together with the six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large back garden. The house is opposite a supermarket and in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

We also have properties on Leng Crescent, Rydal Close, Cunningham Road and Northfields - all for postgraduate students only.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
