There are a range of supermarkets, cool bars and restaurants on St Benedicts street, Dereham Road and the Golden Triangle all within 5 minutes away.

There are two communal areas for eating and watching TV, containing a sofa and table and chairs. The garden contains garden furniture , two bike sheds and a clothes line.

Regular maintenance checks are completed and repairs carried out by a dedicated handyman.
