Sunny comfortable room in our lovely large house.
Brand new shower room, fast broadband.

The house is really spacious and open plan, with a fantastic sunny garden. There is also a large music room with piano overlooking the garden
We are 2 minutes walk from the woods, marshes and river in a quiet cul de sac. The city centre is 25 mins walk, and there are regular buses. Shops are also close.

At home are me, my 12 year old son (half the week) plus 2 cats.

There is a garage for bikes and off road parking

I'd prefer short term guests and will negotiate on price for a Monday - Friday let
