The kitchen diner is a large area that opens on to an enclosed secure patio areas that has lockable storage for bikes. The sitting room is a generous size and there are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The house has double glazed windows and is warm all year round. There are 2 shower rooms with toilet and sink, 1 on each level.
ALL bills are included. You pay nothing more than the rent! This includes wireless internet. (Virgin Fibre)
There is currently 3 female professionals aged 22 to 31. They are friendly and welcoming.
The room available is downstairs at the back of the house and is a good size. It is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. It is available February 7th. I hope to find someone aged 22 - 35 FEMALE PREFERRED. I try to pick people of similar ages as that works best. All current housemates are professional people.
There is a damage deposit of one months rent which will be held in a government protection scheme. The house complies with all gas and electrical safety, is fire safe and complies with all regualtions.
On street parking available by permit application to council. Short stay cards for visitors also available.
