This Victorian terraced house is very close to the city centre and just a 5 min walk to the train station. The property is well maintained has period features such as fireplaces and stripped wooden floors.

The kitchen diner is a large area that opens on to an enclosed secure patio areas that has lockable storage for bikes. The sitting room is a generous size and there are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The house has double glazed windows and is warm all year round. There are 2 shower rooms with toilet and sink, 1 on each level.

There is currently 3 female professionals aged 26 to 31. They are all friendly and welcoming.

The room is upstairs at the front of the house and is a good size. It is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. It is available Dec 15th. I hope to find someone ideally age 21 - 35 FEMALE PREFERRED

There is a damage deposit of one months rent which will be held in a government protection scheme. The house complies with all gas and electrical safety checks, is fire safe and is well maintained.

On street parking available by permit application to council. Short stay cards for visitors also available.
