Double room with all bills included

Hello thanks for checking out this advert. I’ve one double room that is available for rent per month. Included with this room is a second room that can be used as an office space /lounge plus you will have access to the garage. All bills will be included so no hidden extras. You will have your own bathroom which I will not use so you can have this set up as you like it without anyone else coming in. (I have my own en-suite)
The bedroom overlooks a private green which has a lovely view. Quite often you’ll see deer and wildlife walking around which is great to see:)
I have two small dogs which sleep most of the time so aren’t intrusive.
I am only looking to rent to professionals who can give me references. I work full time and am often away most weekends so you’ll get a lot of privacy to yourself.
At the moment my current tenant is in the process of moving out but you’re free to come and view the property any evening in the week:)
