The sleeping area of the bed/living room has a new metal frame double bed with orthapaedic mattress and new bedding. 2 Wardrobes, hanging rail and under bed storage.
A work desk, side table, bookcase and seating area creates a cosy lounge space facing the garden that you have use of.
The accommodation comes with your own exclusive use bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and wc and;
Your own kitchenette within the utility room with sink unit, where your exclusive use fridge with icebox, separate freezer, 2 hanging cupboards, worktop with kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob, microwave, slow cooker, cooking pans, utensils, crockery and additional food storage cupboard are located. (Separate to the landlords kitchen and accommodation on the floor above)
All bedding and towels are supplied. You do your own laundry.
We share the washing machine and utility room sink unit. For a small additional charge laundry and room cleaning services on a weekly or 2 weekly basis can be agreed.
The house is central heated; the bedroom has additional self controlled programmable heating for on demand heating of your bed/living room between shifts.
There is a park, woodlands, gym and supermarket nearby. I have a nearby allotment if you are interested in growing your own fruit and vegetables.
There are regular bus services over 4 routes to the hospital and town centre. 30 mins bus journey 10 mins drive, 45mins walk or 17mins cycle to the hospital. 10 minutes into town by bus or car. Free off road parking is available on the drive at the front of the house.

We share the washing machine, utility sink, entrance hall and back door into the garden.
I have a guest room for visitors that your friends and family may also use upon request for short stays no charge.
Monday to Friday let considered
