2 double rooms to rent in a shared house

I have 2 double bedrooms, (with TVs and Netflix inc), from the ????, to rent in my 3 bedroom bungalow. I am usually on Airbnb but looking for longer let's 6 months to 1 yr. I am looking for 2 professionals only, not couples.
I intend to travel so will not be sharing the house with the occupiers (possibly only for a few weeks pass over), that room will not be available.

Quirky lounge with 65" TV with Netflix and fast cable broadband 1Tb.
A fully kitted out kitchen, breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge freezer, espresso machine, gas cooker, elec oven, airfryer, toaster etc.
Bathroom with seperate power shower, toilet, bath.

It's a relaxed non smoking house with a cat that occasional eats, but doesn't live on the property, with off street parking and a garden not overlooked with decking, Bbq, outdoor furniture and hammock. An outside covered gym area at the top of the garden. South facing gets the sun all day.

In a quiet suburban location 5 mins to bus stop and 15 mins to city by bus, close to beryl bikes and scooters and supermarkets. 10 minutes to Mousehold heath for lovely woodland walks.

I am a freelance graphic designer working from home and in the city.
