I have available two rooms that I wish to let to one person, one a sizeable bedroom with loads of storage space the other as a lounge or office.
There is a large bathroom with corner bath and separate shower that you will have pretty much sole use of as I have an en-suite bedroom.
There is a very sizeable kitchen diner, a games room, large garden and off road parking, high speed broadband is included.
Stoke Holy Cross is a very pretty village just three miles outside Norwich, has a couple of very nice restaurants, corner shop and a chippy.
You'll need to be a dog lover as there is only me living here with my two small dogs, they are very friendly, alas I can't have any other pets sorry.
I have just retired so am about most of the time.
