All bills are included and all the properties have high speed fibre optic Internet. The properties and rooms come fully furnished and we hold HMO licenses approved by the Breckland council which are now compulsory throughout Thetford.

We have very good tenants as we do thorough reference checks before we take anyone in and therefore our tenants stay with us for years knowing they have the best house and landlord in town! We provide written contracts and are members of all the regulatory bodies. We don't cut corners like other landlords when it comes to your comfort and health and safety.
