The room has a double bed with under bed storage, bed side table and chest of drawers. Wardrobe space is also available in my walk in wardrobe. All bills are included.

The property is only 2.5 years old and has recently been decorated throughout. It is bright and airy with lots of natural light and warm and cosy in the winter. It has a spacious kitchen/dining area and a large living room that you are welcome to use. It also has a small south facing garden, and allocated parking to the side of the property. The property is a 15 min walk into the town centre which has an array of coffee shops, pubs and shops. There is also a large supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is conventiently located next to the A1 motorway and well connected to Harrogate, Leeds, Wetherby, Knaresborough, Riopn and York.

I am looking for someone who works full time/full-time student, who is quiet, clean and considerate but also someone that might like to socialise from time to time. I want you to feel at home, so you are more than welcome to use the garden and living room as and when you want.

I am a friendly and outgoing person, who loves to socialse but also enjoys my quiet time at home. I have a lovely house cat called Tilly.
