I am a live in landlord and there is one other lodger in the house Monday to Thursday in the evenings only. This room would suit a working professional who has their main residence elsewhere, returning there for the weekends and who travels to the area for their working week and requires somewhere to stay from Monday evening to Friday morning only.
My home is calm, relaxed, friendly and welcoming. I am looking for someone who is considerate of others, clean and tidy. The house comprises of a lounge, newly extended and renovated kitchen / dining / living room, garage, downstairs toilet, rear garden and 4 bedrooms (2 are en-suite plus a family bathroom). The house is also professionally cleaned every fortnight (there is no additional cost for this). Whilst the house does have a driveway, the spaces are occupied but there is plenty of free on-street parking directly outside the property.
All bills are included which includes high speed (full fibre) broadband.
I live with my dog so you must be comfortable with that (he is very friendly!). I work from home a lot but do often travel for work and pleasure.
