Easy Commute to York/Selby

In an idyllic rural location, a short work from the A19 bus route between York and Selby. Double bedroom for rent in a large 5 bedroom house. Female student/professional or couples welcome (£100 supplement for double occupancy). Shared large living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen.

Owner has his own self contained part of the house via separate access.

Note - the property is a 5 min walk down a private road that is unlit, so in the winter you need a torch at night!
