Double Room – Ideal for Weekday Contractor

Hi,

I have a comfortable double room available in my home in a quiet cul-de-sac, right below Guisborough Woods and the North York Moors.

This would suit someone who has their own home elsewhere and needs accommodation in the area for work during the week, rather than someone looking to make the property their permanent home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a contractor or professional who stays Monday to Friday and goes home at weekends, although occasional weekend stays are absolutely fine.

The house is a 3-bedroom property with a small front garden and on-street parking. At the back there is a good-sized garden and patio overlooking Guisborough Woods. There is also a path along the old railway line at the back of the house, providing easy access to local shops, restaurants and supermarkets, which are around a 10–15 minute walk away.
