Furnished room with all bills included in the rent. Bathroom is only shared with 1 other. Full Sky TV (inc sports) in lounge, superfast broadband. Cleaner comes once a week to do the communal areas. Washing machine, tumber dryer, GCH, dishwasher etc.
Large south facing garden/patio, garage & shed. Great location, drive parking (bus stop at the top of the street, nidd gorge (woodlands/walk at the other end).
Nice, large, well looked after house, a relaxed space. Social, easy going, professional housemates/ living environment.
There's a house cat so must be cat friendly.

The house is pretty settled so we are looking for a housemate that’s easy to live with, social but independent, considerate of others & is looking for the same in the people they live with.
