The bathroom is shared with one other person only.

Location is great. Bus stop at the top of the street, and Nidd Gorge woodland walks at the bottom of the road. Quiet, peaceful, pretty location, 5 mins by car from town centre.

There will be 3 of us in total so it’s a sociable, independent household where everyone gets on without any drama. The space is looked after, and it’s a genuinely nice standard of living rather than a hectic HMO type set up. Current housemates (not a couple) are considerate, easy going professionals, so it’s an ideal place for someone who appreciates the same.
There’s a house cat, so you must be ok with having a friendly cat around.
