Private room with en-suite in quaint York village

Hello, I’m a 28 year old ambulance driver who just bought her first home! I’m looking for a female roommate to share the house with to make paying the mortgage that bit easier!
My boyfriend does live part time with me in the home but is a clean, calm, quiet, friendly man.
You will have a private double room and en-suite with a waterfall shower. It is furnished with the double bed (inc. duvet and pillows) a clothes rail and large set of drawers (as seen in the photos) you will have access to any other room including the family bathroom which has a large bath in it. (Only my room remains private)
The kitchen and living areas are super spacious, tidy and cosy. With good access and great appliances for having family and friends over for drinks and meals!
There is a good sized back garden with a small patio area.
There is double parking at the front with electric car charging point.
It is important that you drive to live in Slingsby as the busses are far and few between. And despite my job I am not a taxi driver.
The home is located 10 minutes from malton, 25 minutes from Pickering, 30 minutes from York and 50 minutes from Scarborough.
Slingsby is walking country of the Howardian hills. There are trails as far as the eyes can see. In the village it’s self we have a great little pub, open Wed-Sun.
