Seeking a Like-Minded Lodger for a Welcoming Home

Looking for a clean and considerate lodger, ideally someone who needs a comfortable base during the working week. The house is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the town centre and High Street, while still being on a very quiet street with mainly elderly retired neighbours.

You'll need to be very used to living with cats. I have two furry characters who are mostly house bound, so taking extra care with windows and doors is essential.

I work from home a few days each week, so the arrangement would be best suited to someone who works away from the home during the day, as there is only workspace for one person.

There’s plenty of storage space, including two large cupboards in the kitchen for your food, cookware and essentials. You'll also have access to a chest freezer in the garage, space to store a bike, and use of the greenhouse and raised beds if you'd like to grow your own vegetables.
