Room 6 (£450) is a large student attic room with ensuite shower room. The room has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, desk and chair and bedside cabinet. Available from beginning of May 2026.

Deposit of £250 per room required.
Rooms are for ONE PERSON ONLY.

A reservation fee is required to reserve your room, which is deducted from the first rent.

No couples. No pets.
Council tax - Band A - exemption certificate required.

Albert Terrace is a 6 bedroom house, close to Teesside Uni - with a living room, large kitchen and separate utility room.

Tenants are required to keep the kitchen tidy and hygienic at all times for the sake of all users.

Council tax band A - included in rent.
Students will be required to supply your council tax exemption certificate for the correct address or be subject to pay the council tax.

No bedding is provided. Please bring your own. Alternatively, we can supply a double duvet, fitted sheet, pillows and duvet cover for £75 which would be payable in addition to your move in money.
