Room 1 is a small double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Not suitable for a student with a large amount of belongings. This room is compact, has a double bed, study desk and waardrobe with drawers beneath.

Room 2 is a medium sized double room with a private en-suite shower room. The room has a double bed, small wardrobe, bedside cabinet, drawers and a study desk.

Both shower rooms have a shower cubicle, toilet and half basin with storage underneath.

Deposit of £250 per room required.
Rooms are for ONE PERSON ONLY.

A reservation fee is required to reserve your room, which is deducted from the first rent.

No couples. No pets.
Council tax - Band A - exemption certificate required.

40 Albert Terrace is a 6 bedroom student house, close to Teesside Uni - with a living room, large kitchen and separate utility room.

Tenants are required to keep the kitchen tidy and hygienic at all times for the sake of all users.

Council tax band A - included in rent for STUDENT only. You will be required to supply your council tax exemption certificate for the correct address or be subject to pay the council tax.

Available from 6th January 2025.

No bedding is provided. Please bring your own. Alternatively, we can supply a double duvet, fitted sheet, pillows and duvet cover for £60 which would be payable in addition to your move in money.
