i am a liveout landlord.

I have to let fully furnished rooms which are priced from £125to£145pweek in a professional household which is inclusive of all utility bills and wifi .
The property is suitable for contract workers with employment in the area or a person that needs a temorary stay .

(sorry we not accommodate full time live in residents )

(you must have a permanent home elswere)

The rooms have everything you should need inc drawers/wardrobe storage cupboard/ chair tv etc. please see photos.
All bedding is included +A spare set.
The house is clean and homely
It has a large living room/diner a good sized kitchen which is fuly equipped with everything you should require. The bathroom is also a good size, the property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location just below the eston hills with great views of the hills, bus stops are only 5mins walk away and so are the lots of different shops/post office takeways etc, we are approx 5 mins from by car from the wilton works/ssi steel/teeside power station.. 10.. 15 mins from james cooke/roseberry park hospital /middlesbrough centre, hartlepool/ power station is approx 10 miles, there is a drive way that caters for 2 cars and there is a secure garage and at the back of the house there is a lovely garden /lawn with a patio area and table+chairs + outside lighting, i dont think you will be dissapointed with the property but please come and make your own mind up, short lets also considered/ for contractors on a week to week basis the rents are from £125..£150 per week. smokers are welcome but but this must be done outside. for more details please call or message me.
