Double Room in a Relaxed, Well-Kept Home

Bright and comfortable double room available from October 2026 in a clean, well-kept home.

The room has been newly furnished with high-quality Cotswold Company furniture and has plenty of storage. It isn’t en-suite, but you’ll have access to a good-sized shared bathroom, downstairs WC, along with the kitchen, living spaces and garden.

The house has fast Wi-Fi and Sky, including Sky Sports, and free on-street parking is available.

I’m a working professional and work from home around two days a week. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, playing golf or seeing friends, so the house tends to be pretty relaxed. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, watch something together or have a drink, but equally appreciate having our own space.

Most importantly, I’d like the house to feel like home for both of us – somewhere comfortable, respectful and safe where you can properly relax and be yourself.

I’m looking for one person who is clean, considerate and similarly easy-going, and who wants somewhere to call home rather than simply a room to rent.
