We currently have 3 rooms available in 2 houses in Coatham Rd, Redcar. 1 room is in one house priced at £90 per week and the other 2 are large rooms are in a separate house but also in Coatham Road. Both houses are pleasant and quiet, housing working people only. All rooms have a double bed, TV, drawer space, hanging space and wi-fi. They are ideal for long-term Contractors working in the area. The houses have shared kitchen facilities and shared shower-rooms & toilets. We are looking for quiet 'house-trained' working people to fit in with the current housemates.
The rooms are ideal for Contractors working at Wilton /Sirius/Strabag/Teesport/Balfour etc .All houses are conveniently located and offer good commuting links eg. Wilton/Teesport within 5 mins, A19 within 10 mins and a nearby rail link
Altogether we have 3 clean, comfortable house-shares in Redcar. Two are on Coatham Rd the 3rd house is on Aske Road. Wi-Fi Internet and all Bills are included. .
Rental charges are between £90 to £110 per person per week (single occupancy only) depending on room size..
All three houses have gas central heating, double-glazing, shared use of all Kitchen facilities (washing machine, fridge freezers, etc), shared Shower Rooms, Toilets and outside patio areas. Most house-guests are either long-term tenants or contractors. Single Occupancy only, no couples. Give me a ring you will not be disappointed.
