We currently have 2 rooms available in Aske Road, Redcar, priced at £100 per week each. The house is pleasant and quiet, housing working people. All rooms have a double bed, TV, drawer space & hanging space and wi-fi. They are ideal for long-term Contractors working in the area.. There is a shared kitchen and 2 x shower-rooms & toilets in each house. Looking for 'house-trained' working people to fit in with the current housemates.
The rooms are ideal for Contractors working at Wilton / Sirius/Strabag/Teesport etc. All-together we have 3 clean, comfortable house-shares in Redcar. Two are on Coatham Rd the 3rd house is on Aske Road. Each house has a large, shared Kitchen with crockery and cutlery provided and shared bathrooms/WCs. Each Bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, bedlinen, Freeview TV, wardrobe and drawers etc. Wi-Fi Internet and all Bills are included. Bathrooms and Kitchens are shared. All three houses are conveniently located and offer good commuting links eg. Wilton/Teesport within 5 mins, A19 within 10 mins and a nearby rail link. Rental charges are between £80 to £100 per person per week (single occupancy only) depending on room size and availability. All three houses have gas central heating, double-glazing, shared use of all Kitchen facilities (washing machine, fridge freezers, etc), shared Shower Rooms, Toilets and outside patio areas. Most house-guests are either long-term tenants or contractors. Working people preferred please. Single Occupancy only, no couples. Give me a ring you will not be disappointed.
