We have 2 rooms coming available in our lovely Victorian house. They are both large roomswith shower and a large bathrooms with entrance hall suitable for a couple or single.

The property has new uPVC windows, new carpets and has been fully refurbished. All rooms contain a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers ,small bed side cabinet and desk with chair. We have just built a new kitchen/diner with all new units 2 ovens and 2 sinks so there is never a queue for facilities.

The house is south facing with a large sunny garden to sit out in over summer, it is 2 mins walk to the university , 10 mins to the beach/ town centre and 20 mins to the hospital.

Our aim is to to have like minded working professionals who are tidy and considerate of other housemates. We have some friendly tenants including medics, engineers both male and female and other professions.

There is free off street parking and the house also includes a private carpark.
We have a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is now a Virgin full fibre high speed broadband line to ensure you receive a good signal. The council tax, electric, heating and 24/7 hot water are all included.
