The property is situated in a lovely and very quiet part of the South Cliff area in Scarborough and it is only 6 minutes walk to the Esplanade with shops, post office and amenities within the neighbourhood.

All rooms are equipped with refrigerator and a kettle. Additional fridge/freezers, washing machine and a dryer are located in the communal area.

The property is kept in meticulous condition with cleaner attending weekly to the kitchen and the common areas of the building and a gardener looking after the outside area of the property.
