The room comes furnished with a double bed, wall-mounted 43" Samsung TV, storage drawers, bedside table and lamp, and hanging space, giving you everything you need to move straight in.

The TV is ready for you to connect your own Fire TV Stick, Roku or similar streaming device, with high-speed Wi-Fi included.

You'll be sharing with other tenants in a home where we place a lot of importance on keeping things clean, friendly and respectful.

There's a shared kitchen and lounge/dining area, plus an outdoor yard for getting some fresh air, drying washing or enjoying a BBQ in summer.

We manage the property ourselves and aim to deal with any issues quickly. We also have a tenant WhatsApp group for easy communication and house updates.
