Double Room in Large Home

A big, quiet home. There is loads of space for each of us.

large double: comfy Emma foam mattress, storage under the bed, extra tall wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside cabinet, 2 chairs, blinds & curtains. Original fireplace.

I am happy to provide bedding if needed.

The large living room is mainly for lodgers, I have my own living room. One very big shared bathroom. The kitchen has a new range with 2 ovens & Salter microwave / air fryer. There is a shared utility room with washing machine & ironing board & extra storage space if needed. The back yard is nice to sit out in.

All bills are included. We have superfast fibre broadband. I take care of cleaning the communal spaces & keep recycled toilet paper & washing up liquid topped up.

5 minute walk from train station. 1 minute from Falsgrave bus stops with access to hospital, or 1/2 hr walk to hospital. Sainsburys only over the road, OneStop on the corner. Also minutes away are doctor surgery, dentist (taking on new NHS patients), & cafes. There is parking on street - you just need to apply for a permit.

I am quiet, keep to myself, don't drink & Buddhist. I work as a psychotherapist, and & also a poet. I see clients & work from home; I prefer lodgers who don't work at home full time. I also have a small dog.
