We are set back from the road, in a quiet location surrounded by trees. Mature Front garden, large drive with ample parking space and garage. No charge for parking.

We are in walking distance of hospital, shops, supermarkets, town center, schools/college, libraries, theatre/cinema, dining out, with good travel links via bus and train.
There are other attractions which are very popular nearby such as the beach and harbour, Scarborough sealife centre, Rotundra museum, and maritime heritage centre, Alpamare water park, Scarborough Art gallery and open air theatre. There are many clubs, gyms and fitness clubs.

TV with remote, Fridge, kettle cups and spoons and rubbish bin.
