THE PROPERTY
This is a beautiful large (7-bedroom) renovated mid-terrace house, kitted out to a very high specification.
There is WiFi throughout and charging sockets and in-built blue-tooth speakers in each room. Each bedroom is furnished and has an en-suite bathroom.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
Single occupancy only.
THE HOUSEMATES
The house is very friendly but quiet and respectful. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy. Sorry but we don't accept under-25s, couples or undergraduate student tenants in this property at this time.
