THE PROPERTY

This is a beautiful large renovated mid-terrace house, kitted out to a very high specification.

There is WiFi throughout TVs in each room. Each bedroom is furnished. Communal bathrooms are high-spec and kept clean for you.

Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our app, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

Room 2 - A double room at the back of the property on the 1st floor, overlooking the cricket ground. The room comes with a double bed (with pocket-sprung mattress and mattress protector), bed-side table, clothes rail & hangers, mirror and smart TV. It shares a shower room with rooms 3 and 4 on the same landing, although room 3 has its own bath, so realistically you are sharing the shower with only one other room. There are blinds on the window and a lock on your door.

THE HOUSEMATES

The house is very friendly but quiet and respectful. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy. Sorry but we don't accept couples, pets or undergraduate student tenants in this property at this time.
