On offer is a furnished double bedroom in our beautiful owner living in 3-bedroom family house which is very close Selby town centre. The house is in a very quite neigbourhood. My wife and I are both professionals, so we're out the house most of the time. The double bedroom on offer is next to a large living room on the first floor. There is a downstairs toilet and a family bath/shower room on the second floor. We have a garage, which is used largely for storage. You are welcomed to use as well. There is on-street parking infront of the house. We have a nice enclosed patio/garden laid to artificial grass and very comfortable for relaxation at the back.
