2 bed flat-looking for reliable house mate

My name is Robyn and am looking for a reliable and professional house mate who keeps themselves to themselves and is quiet. Cleans up after themselves and respectful of the property and neighbours around.

I own a cat who pretty much does as she pleases, so would need to be someone who gets on with cats given the close proximity we will live, can easily keep her away if needs be but would prefer to not have to worry about that.

Bond £50 that you will receive back when you move out and any damages repaired/replaced by yourself.
Smokers allowed but not in the flat/communal areas.

Not looking for any long term tenants but if we do get on and you fit well that’s something I would consider. Because of this the bedroom is furnished with a double bed/matteess and curtains there is no storage space however there is room for one, this can be removed if needs be also.
