Nice Double bed in a flat in Ingleby Barwick, about a 5 min walk from the Tesco. Nice, fairly quiet area. With off-street parking for 1 car, and an en-suite bathroom and shower. Shared kitchen and living room.
Council tax band is B.

1 other tenant in the flat, looking for a new tenant as my old flat-mate left for a new job. I'll be out at work most days, but do work from home here and there. Usually at the gym 3 or 4 nights a week too, so will be out 8am - 8pm those days. Generally a quiet, introverted person looking for someone similar.
