Furnished home in Whixley - 3 months

We're heading off travelling for three months and are looking for a reliable, considerate person or couple to enjoy our home while we're away.

Whixley is a friendly village with great views across the Vale of York towards York Minster and convenient links to York and the A1.

The house has two bedrooms, a main bathroom, downstairs loo, central heating, a log burner and a small garden/patio.

The house will be furnished and our personal belongings will remain here, so this would suit someone happy to look after an established home rather than someone looking for an empty property.

We're looking for someone trustworthy who will keep the house in good order, put the bins out and keep our post safe. We're hoping for a straightforward arrangement that works well for everyone, so you can enjoy a comfortable temporary home and we can enjoy our travels.

Ideal for someone between house moves, relocating for work or looking for a three-month base in North Yorkshire.

We are away 13th November until 10th February.
