It’s a nice, 30’s style semi by the river, handy for walking into town (~10 mins), and also for York University or York St John University (~20/25 mins) , It is a very quiet residential area where nearby street parking is available.
Special rates available for academics who want the room term-time only.
You would be sharing with me and my wife (50’s).
We also have a cocker spaniel dog.
