Situated on the top floor of a modern 3 storey town house in a quiet cul de sac close to Clifton Moor with shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling and pubs. Rawcliffe Lake 5 mins walk away. Situated on a regular bus route (15 mins to the hospital and a further 5 mins to the centre).

Modern fully equipped kitchen diner on the first floor. Sunny garden with patio and barbeque area. On street parking outside the property in a safe area.

Fortnightly cleaner. £15

This is not a party house although we do all get on well and socialise from time to time. It’s a very relaxing space to live.
