Room in Beautiful Square

Ideally I am looking for a vegetarian or vegan female.
The 2nd and attic floors of the house are devoted to lodgers who live independently of myself who lives on 1st floor, There is a separate kitchenette and a bathroom shower room. It is a bit like a separate independent attic flat with four rooms. without a front door.
Included in the rent is toilet paper, washing powder and use of washing machine and drying rack. There is also also access to magnificent central garden and garage for bikes.
People who visit the house and the room are generally impressed.
I am still working on upgrading the kitchen and bits and bobs and the photos will be updated when all is complete.
