Large Quiet Room in Beautiful Square

I am looking for female who is clean and tidy and who would fit in well in an open and friendly house. The room is large and well proportioned and has a lovely view over trees in the square. As well as wifi and utilities, washing machine, powder and drying facilities are available on the ground floor.
Also garage space for a bicycle. The room is quiet and away from noisy traffic with access to the tranquil square garden. The house has a preference for someone who is vegetarian or Vegan.
