Due to my daughter returning from travelling this room is only available til April. Would suit a bolt hole for someone in between places on needing temporary accommodation . Would consider mon-fri or a few nights a week

Located in the lovely village of Foxwood, Acomb,. Easy access to A64 for Scarborough or Leeds and A1079 for Hull and A59 for Harrogate, and A19 for Selby area. Regular bus service into York City Centre. Parking on the drive available.

Bus stop outside the house that runs every 11 minutes and goes to just about all parts of York !

The shared kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons including a brand new oven, microwave, washer and big store cupboard !

The shared lounge is comforted with TV, electric fire. In the process of converting 3rd bedroom into another lounge or study area with sofa and TV.

Patio/garden area. Outside clothes drying facilities. decent shed for storage and/or a bike.

Shared modern bathroom with bath/shower, also an additional bathroom with toilet and sink downstairs.

Bedroom is a pretty double room. Plenty of drawer space and wardrobe. Adjacent to the shared bathroom.
