I’m clean & considerate, non smoker & spend way too much time at work.
No security deposit, but to reserve the room I'll need a £100 payment, this will then be deducted from the 1st months rent.
Quiet house ideal for shift workers.
Please don't bring loads of stuff! The room is big enough for personal belongings, I don't have extra room for storage.
