I have a large double bedroom.

I have my 3 bedroom house in the village of Tockwith which has easy access to York/ Wetherby/ Leeds/ Harrogate, looking to rent out my spare bedroom. I work in York city centre, and it takes me no more than 20 minutes to get to work :) - a car is probably advisable however there is a local bus that runs during the week only.

The room consists of a double bed, a large mirror, a large set of drawers and a bedside table.

In the house there is just me & my 2 dogs, Nelly & Nova (I have attached a photo of them) who both love people.

You will have your bedroom, shared access to the main bathroom with the other lodger which is next to your bedroom (as I have an ensuite), and the kitchen.

I have very fast internet which you will have access to (getting 316 mbps on average).
All bills included (Council tax, gas & electric, water, internet)

I provide almost everything as this is my home, so there is a washing machine, your own airer will be provided should you not have one, iron, microwave, air fryer. Included in rent I also provide household supplies such as washing powder, toilet roll etc!


Single occupant preferred but will consider couple (extra cost for multiple occupancy).
